UNIT-flags: - flags to indicate the type of a unit

SYNOPSIS

`INUNIT`	A unit in the input layer.
`OUTUNIT`	A unit in the output layer.
`HIDUNIT`	A unit in a hidden layer.
`DISUNIT`	A disabled unit.
`USERUNIT`	A user unit.

NOTE

These flags are the valid values for the UNIT structure's UnitFlag field. The USERUNIT flag is not used by ANNLIB itself.
