SYNOPSIS
long fscanf_ioversion_net
(stream)
ARGUMENTS
FILE
*stream
A file pointer to an open network file.
RETURNS
This function returns the I/O format version number of the file pointed to by
stream.
If the version number is not found, it returns -1.
