calcq_classerror
- calculate the fraction of badly classified samples

SYNOPSIS

RETURNS
The function returns the fraction of badly classified samples if no error
occured, otherwise it returns a negative number.
FUNCTION
This function reads the local variables, see ESTQERROR-variables in
which the classification results are stored. A pattern should have been
classified using the addq_classerror function in order for this
function to work properly.
NOTE
After calling this function the internal variables are reset, unless an
error occured.
