The development platform for the library is Sun workstations. The manual pages of the library (annlib.3l and sprlib.3l, found in the doc directory) accurately describe this version.
The export version does not contain the routines listed in paragraph on solving back propagation by a stiff differential equation solver, found in ANNLIB. This is due to the copyright of certain parts of this code. The environment variable $ARCH should be set to sun3, sun4 or sun5.
