A sample makefile, Makefile.Win32, is provided. This Makefile has been built to work with Visual C 4.0. To use another compiler, change the appropriate flags in the top of the makefile. Note that this makefile uses a different inclusion Makefile, Makefile.INC.Win32. This is necessary due to the different Makefile format.
The output file of the building process will be spr.lib. To build a debug version of the library sprg.lib, use Makefile.Win32.DBG.
The Windows 95/NT version of SPRANNLIB does not support dataset or network compression, nor plotting of Kohonen networks.
