malloc_link
- allocate a LINK structure from a pool
SYNOPSIS
ARGUMENTS
None.
RETURNS
A pointer to a newly allocated LINK, or NULL in case of allocation failure.
FUNCTION
The LINK structure is taken from a pool of size LINK_STOCK
(see STOCK-variables).
If all structures in the pool are used, a new pool is allocated using
malloc_netlib. The
link-fields (Unit, Weight, Next) are set to NULL.
