malloc_map
- allocate a MAP structure from a pool
SYNOPSIS
ARGUMENTS
None.
RETURNS
A pointer to a newly allocated MAP, or NULL in case of allocation failure.
FUNCTION
The MAP structure is taken from a pool of size MAP_STOCK
(see STOCK-variables).
If all structures in the pool are used, a new pool is allocated using
malloc_netlib. The
MapName field is set to a zero length string; the pointers FirstUnit,
and LastUnit are set to NULL.
