This version does not support the KOH_PLOT (see KOHONEN-DRAW-flags) option of the koh_weight_draw. This is due to the omission of the plot and graph commands, normally found with Berkeley Unix distributions.
The export version does not contain the routines listed in paragraph on solving back propagation by a stiff differential equation solver, found in ANNLIB. Furthermore no No floating point exceptions are handled except as the default setting of the compiler. Thus, the option INIT_NOFPE (see INIT-flags) is ignored. The environment variable $ARCH should be set to sgi.
